SDR Electric, Plumbing & Heating Inc. is hiring a licensed HVAC Technician (313A or 313D) to lead residential service and maintenance work based out of North Augusta, Ontario, and covering nearby communities including Ottawa, Kingston, and Cornwall. This is a full-time, year-round role offering $35 to $40/hr, health and dental benefits, and a respectful, low-drama environment where professionalism matters and quality comes first.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps)
• Handle service calls efficiently and cleanly, with clear communication
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
• Occasionally assist on installation or retrofit projects
• Keep vehicle and inventory organized and well-stocked
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule when needed

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Ontario 313A or 313D Refrigeration License
• 3 to 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
• Class G driver's license, clean record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional appearance and respectful customer service
• Bonus: G2 gas license or basic electrical knowledge
• Self-directed, dependable, and focused on doing the job right
